As Senior Vice President at CommerceHealthcare®, Sue Martin serves as an advisor and partner to health systems, hospitals and physician practices across the country. She leads a team dedicated to supporting healthcare executives manage the many financial challenges facing their organizations.
Sue Martin is responsible for the client services and building relationships in the revenue cycle and leading payment solutions and strategies for the national healthcare services division for CommerceHealthcare®. She brings more than 35 years of revenue cycle experience to the Commerce team, having held a variety of roles – both within Commerce and external organizations – that included acute and ambulatory provider management, consulting, general manager of technology for hospital solutions and banking healthcare leadership. Martin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her master’s degree from Lindenwood University. She is certified as a Fellow through the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
